Online tutoring should feel safe, respectful and straightforward for learners and their families.
For students and parents
Parents and guardians should stay involved in arrangements for younger learners and encourage students to report any uncomfortable behaviour or inappropriate communication.
Tutor review
Tutor applications are reviewed before activation. Where supplied, identity and DBS documents support that review and are kept private.
Raise a concern
Report a concern promptly at wahab@learnova.uk. In an emergency or where someone is at immediate risk, contact emergency services first.
