Student bookings may include a name, email address, phone number, level, subject and lesson details. Tutor applications may include contact details, profile information and identity or DBS documents supplied for review.

We use this information to deliver lessons, contact users about their booking, match students with tutors, review tutor applications, provide support and keep the service secure.

Tutor identity documents are stored privately and should only be viewed by authorised administrators for verification and safeguarding purposes. They are not displayed on public tutor profiles.

To request access, correction or deletion of personal information, email wahab@learnova.uk. A parent or guardian should contact us for a learner under 18 where appropriate.
